Member Registration
Any permanent resident of Morang or Sunsari working in that country can become a member of the local branch committee.
Local Governance
Each branch elects its own executive committee to manage local programs, events, and welfare activities independently.
Central Coordination
All branches report to and coordinate with the Central Executive Committee in Itahari, Sunsari to maintain unity of purpose.
