About the Service
The MOSU Ambulance Service is operated by Morang Sunsari Welfare Society Nepal and provides emergency medical transportation throughout the local territory. The ambulance was donated by MOSU Central Committee Qatar in 2014, a testament to the deep commitment of the Nepali diaspora in Qatar to their home communities.
Since its launch, the ambulance has been continuously providing humanitarian support to people in need at a low cost, ensuring that financial barriers never stand between a patient and critical medical care. The service primarily covers Morang and Sunsari districts while also extending support to neighboring districts.
Every year, more than 1,000 needy and vulnerable individuals are served by this life-saving service. From daily patient transport to emergency disaster response, MOSU's ambulance remains a vital pillar of the community's healthcare infrastructure.
